Notes: Also contains police, dispatch and emergency-management sites: for fire coverage filter attrs->>'Agency_Type' ILIKE '%Fire%'. attrs->>'Agency_Name', attrs->>'Station_Name_Number'. Use this instead of curated.facility_fire_stations (HFD only) whenever the area touches the city limit or is outside the city, since the nearest station may belong to another department.
